That Perfect Song

 

Hi beautiful people ! Welcome back at " Reading Journey With Sonson".

    Today I was introduced into new reading website English E-Reading. On this website you will find more interesting e-books that divided into some grades. And I read a story entitled Lost Love that was written by Jan Carew from grade A2 Elementary. This book has 1007 words, 4 pages, and categorized as romance horror story. This story contain a plot twist that make my mind blown. 

    This story begun with a man that travel around the country by red car, in one time the car suddenly stopped because the car petrol is run out in an unknown place. But when he was still in confusion, he saw a beautiful woman. And the woman invited the man to come into her house, the man looked confused because in the house is like in the medieval era and he joined dinner with the girl's family. When almost dawn the girl with a sad face told the man to leave the village and the man agreed with that so he went to another city to find petrol. He was shocked when he learned that the village and all the people and the woman that he loved were ghosts because 350 years ago they were killed because they tried to help the king in a war.

    Back to the topic in this post I will give this book a proper soundtrack so you can feel the atmosphere while reading the book. For this sad love story especially the woman point of view, I will use All I Ask by Adele.

I will leave my heart at the door
I won't say a word

    These lyrics really suit the girl because she just buried her love for the man and never confesses her love to the man  because they never unite as a couple.

So why don't we just play pretend?
Like we're not scared of what's coming next
Or scared of having nothing left

    The women wants to pretend she is okay if she lost the man that her loved but in reality she was so scared and that makes the woman bites her tongue and locks her mouth because if she confess her love so both of them will be hurt.

Look, don't get me wrong

I know there is no tomorrow

    The woman knows about what will happen to the man if he doesn't leave the village before morning. If he not leave he will trap in the village forever, so she chooses to save the man live when her tells the man to leave the village.

Until now I still believe that this song really suit for the story. And yeah that's all for now !
